Faraday Condominiums

Working for one of our favorite clients realtor Doug Fuller we designed a website and 12 page brochure promoting a newly built new nine unit condominium in Oakland. When the project was begun, there were only drawings and computer rendering, so we made use of the architectural drawings as the visual anchor for the piece. A bold teal (a personal favorite of architect Carrie Shores as well as the personal power color for Robyn Adams at SecretFanBase) leads the color styling. Working with Julie Feinstein Communications, we crafted a neighborhood guide with many of our own photographs of the area and we relied on Julie’s stellar writing and editing skills to make the copy sing.

This portrait (left) was not used in the final product due to stylistic changes, but it was the inspiration behind the project for us, creatively.
