Pueblo Scarf
From Spring 1987: “No matter how far we wander, we still find rich sources of inspiration close to home. The designs on these scarves echo the patterns of Southwestern Indian blankets and pottery. We’ve interpreted them on featherweight cotton, light enough for a blistering Arizona noon, in a desert palette of azure, adobe, tan, sandstone, and earthy browns.”

Hi Robyn,
I love your blog!
I worked at Banana Republic in 1986-87 at the Georgetown DC store.
Of course I had a lot of the clothes from these catalogs, including the scarf at the top
which I wore all the time . I now wish I had kept it all!!
I still have an animal print bandana, which is the only thing I kept.
I’m always scouting the internet for those travelers shoes with the open toe…
I wore those out!
