This Italian made bag is a fantastic artist’s bag, just the right size for a sketchbook or tablet, with pockets for pencils and a pouch for supplies, it’s unquestionably stylish and made to last. I actually prefer it to the Israeli Paratrooper briefcase for those trips when I don’t need a laptop bag. It’s one of those items that’s perfect for the Banana Republic artist and writer aesthetic and one that surely appealed to Mel and Patricia.

It’s dimensions were perfect for sketchpads or manuscripts; exterior and interior zippered pockets offered quick access to ideas. Our adaptation in made in Italy (Naturally) from pre-washed 17-ounce cotton canvas; trimmed in full-grain pigskin for extra strength; customized with a pen, pencil, or brush-holder under the flap and a sunglass pocket on one side.”
